We used this tent to go camping, when we got to the camp site there was at least 3 feet of snow. We set the tent up under a tree, with some straw as cushioning, it was surprisingly good at retaining heat. We had a small heater run via generator (thank goodness cuz it was very cold) and 5 people. We all slept farely well, it didnt leak and the dog seemed pretty happy in it too. This was an excellent buy. It is a very large tent too, it was larger than we thought it was. It could probably fit 8 people (when packed like sardines)

I've had this tent for four years and have used it on many trips. It has a lot of space inside, is easy to set up, and can handle a bad storm without a problem. I do recommend you color code the poles, they aren't.

We have only set it up in the yard so far but it's roomy and what we expected. The poles are not color coded as I believe it says, so we color coded them ourselves and I would recommend that anyone purchasing this tent does the same. There was one small hole where the seam was missed by the sewing machine but since it was only one we decided to fix it and keep the tent. There are a couple design features that are different than most tents on the market today but they are features that I like. The pole ends go into a grommetted hole as opposed to the webbing pocket and I found this easier to get the pole ends into. I can't remember the other thing but I'll try to remember to update this review when we use it and I'll include that other difference. All in all so far a good tent for the money.
