Don't sacrifice space because you want a tent that is easy to set up, you can have both. The CampValley Instant Tent is spacious 8 person cabin tent that sets up in 60 seconds! The secret is the innovative one piece design. The poles are pre-attached to the tent eliminating the need to assemble the poles and figure out "what pole goes where?" Simply unfold the tent and extend the poles until they lock into place. The strong steel pole design creates sturdy vertical walls and over 6 feet of head room. The front screen room can be used as an open air retreat from the elements or convert into a second bedroom by zipping up the privacy panels. The CampValley Instant Tent is the perfect balance between size and simplicity.

I have used this tent 5 times. It held up really well through a very windy, rainy thinderstorm. It is super easy and fast to set up. There's enough head-room to stand up and walk around. It is very, very roomy inside with big windows. With the interior divider hung, the back can be used for sleeping and the front can be used as a screen room. The only negative thing I found is that though it is waterproof, without a rainfly the windows must be almost all the way up in the rain, which is an issue if the weather is hot, but this is only an issue when it is hot out. On longer trips I have simply used a tarp over the top to allow opened windows in the rain. So far it's been great!

We bought this tent from SAMS and are on our second trip with it. During our very first camping experience EVER, we experienced a very hard storm. It wasn't too hot so we didn't have an issue with the windows up. I will say that it held up very well with the winds and the rain. It is very roomy and the fact that we could stand up with ease was even better.I would say, take your time setting it up. It only takes a few minutes for first timers. But we checked it to make sure everything is in order and it only took my husband about a minute to set it up by himself. Just read the directions and you won't break the hinges. I love it for backyard camp outs as well.

This is a great concept and it was easy to put up, but the hinge is cheap plastic and it breaks. I saw other people on other sites complaining about the same thing. SAMs club sells this for 140, but they are discontinuing it due to returns I would imagine. Get something else....
